| UU the Vote and people across the country are jumping into Get Out The Vote work. Every single day is critical to mobilize voters in the Georgia Senate runoff elections. We have just 28 days to help turn out more than 400,000voters with Georgia Equality. We know all of our issues are on the ballot in this runoff election. If we’re going to build a democracy that represents us all, it is essential that LGBTQ+ voices are heard in the election. Join us for the UU the Vote with PRIDE phonebank on Thursday, December 10, 6-9 pm ET/ 3-6pm PT. We’ll be calling pro-LGBTQ equality voters in Georgia to make sure they have a plan to vote. The Rev. Michael Crumpler, UUA LGBTQ and Multicultural Programs Director, will be our host.We’ll be joined by Shannon Clawson, Georgia Equality State-wide Outreach Manager. This will be a joyous, fun, and fulfilling event. We’re building power for our LGBTQ communities in Georgia and across the country as we head into 2021. If we want a democracy where all voices are heard and our representatives are accountable to all of us, we have to build it.
