3rd of July

Mountain Light Unitarian Universalist Church welcomes Mark Bodnar, certified yoga instructor and ACSM-Certified Exercise Physiologist on Sunday, July 03.  Mark brings the message of how our human complexity reflects on our overall health and well being.  In this discussion we will look at the relationship between physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health and how fitness and recreation could deepen our spiritual growth.  Mark is part of the music ministry program of his church,The Catholic Shrine, in Atlanta and has been a trip leader with Touch the Earth, GSU‘s outdoor recreation program. His hobbies all involve the out of doors.  [website]

Services at MLUUC are held at 10:30 with fellowship at 10:00 preceding the service. Come as you are. Dress causally.  You will be greeted by friendly folks. We come to this church because we like each other and practice what we learn.

The church is located in Ellijay at 2502 Tails Creek Road, Hwy GA-282 W.  Look for our signs.  If you pass the fire station, you’ve gone too far.

We have classes for school-aged children but please check out our website @mluuc.org for summer schedules. You can find us on face book and like us there.
