Mountain Light Unitarian Universalist Church offers religious education programs to fit different needs:

• UU and You Class

We offer several other opportunities for Adult Religious Education, including a monthly Spirituality & Philosophy Book Group.

Our meditation group meets from 9:30 to 10 AM each Sunday (upstairs).

We periodically offer other opportunities. In 2024, a group met weekly to discuss the book “The Hidden Roots of White Supremacy.”

In 2025, we are offering the Love at the Center program from UU Wellspring. This is a program where cohorts of 6-10 people will meet monthly. The program includes opportunities for small group ministry, deep listening, spiritual practice, spiritual companionship/direction, study of UU theology, and transformational self-awareness. Additionally, participants will experience personal storytelling and varied activities to deepen spiritual life.  More details are found in our weekly electronic newsletter.
