Easter Service

The congregation of Mountain Light Unitarian Universalist Church believes that it is our moral obligation to protect public health and the most vulnerable people in our beloved community. Therefore, we have postponed all gatherings until we feel that the dangers of the COVID-19 pandemic have passed. In the interim, we will be live streaming our Sunday Services.  For information about our 7 Unitarian Universalist Principles and our future services, please visit mluuc.org.

On Sunday, April 12, we welcome Pastor, Lord & High Priest David-Michael who will deliver his sermon: “Revitalizing Ourselves with the Optimist Creed” (Online Only).

We will be inspired by the Beautiful writings of Christian D. Larson and apply them to our current Spiritual Journey to uplift and revitalize our hearts and minds.

We will change our thinking from being Stuck at home to being Safe at home. We will remember to replace a hug or a handshake with face timing and to make that call to stay connected. We will move out of love instead of out of fear and promise ourselves: to be so strong that nothing can disturb our peace of mind; to talk health, happiness, and prosperity to every person we meet; to make all of our friends and family feel that they are beautiful beings of light; to look at the sunny side of everything and make our optimism come true.

This is us walking together in tandem with the Divine!

Mountain Light UUC, 2502 Tails Creek Road (GA-282 West), in Ellijay, welcomes guests of all faiths, ethnicities, and gender identifications.  Our worship service begins at 10:30 AM.
