MAR 31 — Rev. Sharon Watkins "History of Women in Religion"

In discussions among the Mountain Light community, the following question has been recently discussed: "When religions demand that one should 'Love thy neighbor as thyself', does that include or exclude women?"

Rev. Sharon Watkins will address this issue by focusing on the role of women in belief systems, beginning with Mary Magdalene. Personhood, as applied to women throughout the past 2000 years, will be discussed.

Meditation Group gathers at 9:30 AM.
