Overview of the CASA Program for Children

CASA provides children in state custody, in foster care, or under other forms of court protection and supervision with compassionate, well-trained adult volunteers to represent the children’s interests within the child welfare system. Volunteers are appointed by juvenile court judges and work with specific children to protect the child’s safety and legal rights.
