Ken Sizemore Returns to Mountain Light

On 2018 November 04, Mountain Light Unitarian Universalist Church welcomes our musician friend, Ken Sizemore, “The Old Folkie”.   Ken’s program is entitled: “Sweet Harmonies for Social Justice—The Magical Music of Peter, Paul, and Mary”.  This music correlates with the Unitarian-Universalist Second Principle of “Justice, equity, and compassion in human relations”.

Ken is a long-time Unitarian Universalist having served churches in Nashville TN and Panama City FL.   Ken has been performing folk and pop music all over the country for 50 years.  He has performed in thousands of concerts and musical church services throughout the United States.

Mountain Light, 2502 Tails Creek Road (GA-282 West), in Ellijay is a Welcoming Congregation.  We welcome guests of all faiths, ethnicities, and gender identifications.  Please come for coffee, treats, and fellowship at 10 AM, followed by the service from 10:30 to 11:30.

Our Religious Education for school age children is provided by Dr. Aimee Cribbs on the second and fourth Sundays of each month.  October 28th will be a Religious Education Sunday.  Children are always welcome to attend our services in the sanctuary.
