2018 APR 08 Service

On Sunday, April 08, Mountain Light Unitarian Universalist Church in Ellijay will welcome the Rev. Jennifer L. Dalton to be our speaker at our worship service.

Rev. Dalton was born and raised in the mountains of Virginia. Spiritually, she was raised Mormon and Southern Baptist. She spent four years as an aircraft technician in the USAF before completing her bachelor’s degree in political science and, many years later, her Master of Divinity degree from Emory’s Candler School of Theology. She is currently ordained and recognized by the Alliance of Baptists and considers herself a Unitarian Universalist Baptist. Jennifer is currently working at Atlanta Medical Center as a Patient Advocate.

Mountain Light UUC is a Welcoming Congregation. We welcome guests of all faiths, ethnicities, and gender identification. Our coffee and fellowship begins at 10 AM, followed by the service from 10:30 to 11:30.

Religious Education is provided for children twice monthly (check our website). Children are also welcome to attend our services in the sanctuary. For information about our 7 Unitarian Universalist Principles and our future services, please click here.
