Mountain Light has lost a dear, beloved member. Tom Norris passed away in his sleep during the early hours of November 9. Tom’s passing was unexpected at this time.

Gretchen is with her 3 sons and daughter-in-law at her Marietta condo. Gretchen has asked that we give her a couple of days before contacting her.

Tom had two sons. Trent lives in San Francisco, and Troy lives in Boston. He had a sister in Kansas City. Gretchen needs time to contact and consult with Tom’s family before planning a memorial. Tom’s service will be held at Mountain Light when Gretchen is ready.

Gretchen is heartbroken. We will all pull together, as we always do, to conduct Tom’s service and to help Gretchen in the future. That’s what Tom would want and what Tom would have done for any of us.
