Now that the dust has settled, I am hopeful that you and the entire membership of MLUUC can sit back and take a deep breath!

Given this latest victory, it is critical that MLUUC recognizes the need to identify the next hurdle and tackle it with the same commitment that allowed them to obtain the property!

I am one hundred percent convinced that “the letter” wherein you described the many outreach projects as performed by the membership was instrumental in the United States Marshalls Services’ decision to move forward and accept the highly discounted offer made by MLUUC.  In reality, it is the members that performed those tasks that should be recognized as playing a very large role in the successful acquisition of the property. The letter simply identifies the tasks while the members performed the tasks.

My wife, Cyndi, and I have sold hundreds upon hundreds of foreclosures in the northeast Georgia and western North Carolina mountains, and to date we have yet to witness a discounted transaction such as the one completed by MLUUC.
