Mountain Light Unitarian Universalist Church, located at 2502 TailsCreek Rd./Hwy 282 W., Ellijay, welcomes member Blenda Fairman, Sunday, January 15, as speaker. Mrs. Fairman will share what it has meant to her to serve the community as a CASA volunteer. In doing so, she hopes to share some of her experiences so that we all might become more familiar with the challenges these families face. One of her favorite quotes is by John Bunyan stating: “You have not lived today until you have done something for someone who can never repay you.”
Come join us and share the experience and join in the discussion that always follows . We invite you to stay for lunch.
Services begin at 10:30 am preceded by coffee and conversation at 10:00 am.
We have classes for school aged children held on the second and fourth Sunday of each month.
We are a Welcoming Congregation. This simply means that we welcome you regardless of your faith, gender, gender identification, sexual preference or political affiliation. Come as you are.
“We see people as we are, not as they are.” NIN
